On top of that, each protein packet is packed with essential nutrients — 20 grams of yellow pea and brown rice plant protein, 5 grams of fat-flushing fiber from organic psyllium husk, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and other nutrients designed to keep you full and energized for hours. Ready for the recipe? First you will need:
- 1 Packet VIIVA Vanilla Plant Protein
- 1 Packet VIIVA Amazon Superfruits
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- 12 ounces Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. For a thinner consistency, add more milk.
