Peach Smoothie Recipe with Probiotics

  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced 
  • 1 small container of peach yogurt 
  • 1/4 cup orange juice 
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 packet of p3 Probiotics 
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: Add water or milk as needed to decrease thickness


Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. For a smoothie bowl use less liquid. For a thinner consistency, add liquid as needed.
