The Newest Development in Anti-Slip Footwear

You never expect to get injured from taking a regular stroll around your home or office. But a slip can happen when you least expect it. Can happen to you, your parents, your friends, or your coworkers.

“In China, for every death due to a fall, there are 4 cases of permanent disability, 13 cases requiring hospitalization for more than 10 days, 24 cases requiring hospitalization for 1–9 days and 690 cases seeking medical care or missing work/school.”

– World Health Organization

According to the CDC, the unintentional fall deaths per year in the United States is 39,433. The number worldwide is 684,000, according to the WHO.

But you can take steps to prevent injuries from slips and falls. You can protect yourself and your loved ones by investing in shoes made with anti-slip technology.

The Perfect Embrace of Form and Function

Big Brands like Nike, Reebok, and more, produce anti-slip shoes. However, these are not SRC rated. The focus is mainly on style.

In contrast, high-performing SRC rated shoes are designed for their specific industries.
But style is lacking. Safety is their main focus.

ABL shoes are the perfect combination of safety and style.

Featuring the highest standard of safety with the style of a modern shoe for everyday use.

What is an SRC rating?

The Slip Resistant Code is the most stringent standard for safety footwear. To achieve SRC rating, the shoes must pass slip resistant measures under specific circumstances. The shoe is tested against ceramic tile soaked with lubricant such as soap or cooking oil. It is also tested on stainless steel soaked in glycerin.

The gripLOC 4.0 Technology used in ABL shoes exceeds the European standards (the highest in the world) by 2 to 3 times.
