What do you need?

1 Viiva Organic Plant Base – Chocolate
1 Frozen Banana (cut into slices)

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed. If you don’t have peanut butter powder, you can substitute real peanut butter. I prefer peanut butter powder because it provides the same great taste with fewer calories!

Pro tip:

I always take my bananas that are on their way out and save them for smoothies. Browning bananas are perfect for this because they have a higher sugar content and taste deliciously sweet! Simply peel the bananas and cut them into small slices. I then put them into individual ziplock bags in my freezer so they are perfectly portioned for smoothies! Plus, when you use frozen fruit in your smoothies, it eliminates the need to add ice to your smoothies.
