Why should you used Viiva’s Organic Plant Base?

Viiva’s Organic Plant Base is specially formulated to meet the National Institute of Health’s suggested guidelines, this means it not only provides protein, but also gives your body the nutrients it needs to thrive. In fact, the Organic Plant Base is packed with essential nutrients, such as 20 grams of yellow pea and brown rice plant protein and 5 grams of fat-flushing fiber from organic psyllium husk, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. It is designed to keep you full and energized for hours.

Just one packet helps to aid in digestion, boost nutrient absorption, and keep the enteric nervous system healthy. Plus, the unique enzyme formula in the Organic Plant Base promotes efficient nutrient absorption for a strong cardiovascular system and optimal heart health!

Using the Viiva Organic Plant Base creates a nutritionally well-rounded smoothie that is perfect for starting your day off right.

What do you need?

1 Viiva Organic Plant Base – Chocolate
1 Frozen Banana (cut into slices)
12oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed. If you don’t have peanut butter powder, you can substitute real peanut butter. I prefer peanut butter powder because it provides the same great taste with fewer calories!

This delicious smoothie is sure to be your new favorite! It is so easy to make and tastes amazing.

Pro tip:

I always take my bananas that are on their way out and save them for smoothies. Browning bananas are perfect for this because they have a higher sugar content and taste deliciously sweet! Simply peel the bananas and cut them into small slices. I then put them into individual ziplock bags in my freezer so they are perfectly portioned for smoothies! Plus, when you use frozen fruit in your smoothies, it eliminates the need to add ice to your smoothies.
